We're back from getting little Chloe Belle. She's sound asleep. So, since I told you about my family, my mom,  my dad, my sister and my brothers, I am now going to tell you about the most important man in my life here on earth! My husband Patrick! He is my soul mate. He is the glue that holds me together. I know I got the better end of the deal with this man. He loves me unconditionally, spoils me rotten, and is an amazing dad to our kids! He is the love of my life!
Our oldest child, Dave, is our only son. He is going to be 37 years old this sept. Seems like only yesterday that he was a baby in my arms! He's an amazing young man. He is all we could ever hope for or ask for in a son. He's honest and loving and although he does not like us to know it, he always has our back! He's fiercly protective of me and Pat, just as he is of his sisters. He's got a very sweet and sensitive spirit, which i'm sure he doens't want us to know either, but he does and we do! He's got a dry sense of humor like his dad and he gets along with everyone he meets. Well, most people he meets, there are a few that aren't on his best friend list...rob and raleigh. He;s a pleaser just like his mom. He wants to make everyone happy and please them in any way that he can. That's my boy and I love him so much!
Ally is our oldest daughter. She's 35 years old. Just as with Dave, she is all we could ever hope for or ask for in a daughter. She's an amazing young lady. She's high strung and worries alot like her mom, but thank God, she has her dads common sense!  She's a devout Christian and has a tender spirit and heart of gold. She's got extraordinary style, she's our classy dresser, Kate is our trend setter, and Christie is our sex pot! They're all beautiful...like little barbie dolls! All loved just the same amount, but so different in personality and looks! I'm beyond proud of them all! As my daughters and as the moms they are to their children. I wish I would have been half the mom they are to their kids. Their kids know they're number one in their mommy and daddys lives, which is the way it should be when they're growing up! It is hard to imagine loving anyone anymore then your children...but when they're raised and you've gone full circle with your spouse, you realize once again that he is number one in your life! You love your children just as much, but it's a different kind of love then that that you and your spouse share.
Ally is married to Mark. He is a wonderful husband to Ally and  awesome daddy to Patrick and Harrison. I do not like that they live so far away, but it's something i've had to get used to because i cannot see them moving from texas to mascoutah any time soon! Patrick and H are beautiful little boys! Both have such a sweet spirit, both have tender hearts. Patrick is a whiz at tennis, and H is following in his big brothers footsteps. Patrick looks just like his mom and H looks just like his daddy! I love my Dallas boys so much and I miss them so dang much!
Kate is married to Chris. He too is an amazing husband and wonderful daddy to Eve and Cole. Chris is from my old territory...Ohio was his home, and he moved here for Kate when she was pregnant with Eve. I'm forever thankful for this! Kate has such a sweet spirit. As does Chris. I know my other kids always get ticked off, when I say, Kate is our only child who did not cause us any worry during her growing up years, but hey....it's true! She was our goodie-two-shoes! She's got a tender heart and loves to please others too. She is very shy with people she does not know. She's the peacemaker in the family. She wants everyone to get along. She's also a good secret keeper...one of the best i know, which is amazing, seeing that she is my child! lol! I'm trying to get better with keeping secrets....but sometimes i just can't help but pass them along to someone else! Eve is a very sweet little girl, a beautiful little tow head just like her mommy and daddy were as children. She can be stubborn at times and she can hold her own most of the time! She's a mix of her mommy and her aunt Ashley in the looks dept. Cole is a mix of his daddy and his grandpa W. in looks. He's a big boy....blonde hair and big blue eyes. He cracks me up, he can be quite silly but he also has quite a temper at times too! He's my little Coleslaw!
Christie is our baby and like our other kids, she too has a very sweet spirit. She was a mini me growing up...you know the saying, what goes around, comes around? Well, she was that kid! She brought back around some of the crap I put my mom and dad thru to me! But we made it thru it, and love her just as much, just as my mom and dad do me! She has grown up to be an amazing young lady. She has been thru more then we will ever know, she was married to an abusive husband who I know put her thru hell and back. My heart hurts when I think of all she endured with this man. I thank God for the strength he gave her to make it thru all that rob did to her. I prayed for her to come back home safely to us for 7 years. Altho Christie would not admit it to us, I knew rob was abusing her, mentally, physically, and emotionally. It took a lot longer then I'd hoped it would for God to answer my prayer of bringing her back home to us. He did it in His own time, which is ALWAYS perfect timing! When I thought he stopped listening to my pleas and prayers, he hadn't, he was just waiting for the right time and teaching me to be patient. The night she did come back home was one of those "footprints in the sand" moments....it was like, Okay Lord, NOW i understand why it took this long, and now i can see that you carried not only her, but also me, thru this storm! She needed the time to see Rob for who he really was, to realize that the way that he was treating her was NOT okay, and to realize that she derserved so much more. That so much more, came in a man, named Brian Hoef. Brian is like a big ole teddy bear, you just want to hug him all the time!. Like Mark and Chris, a very devoted mate and amazing daddy to not only Chloe but also to his son from a previous marriage, Colin. Christie met him at home depot and instantly felt a bond with him. They now have a baby together, our little Chloe belle....a precious little girl with dark brown eyes and a smile that can melt your heart! Chloe looks like a good mix of Christie and Brain, but I also see some of her Aunt Ally in her too. Next up will be a wedding......not in exactly the order I hoped things would be, but hey....still awesome blessings! Thank You Lord for blessing me with my husband, our children, thier spouses, and their children!
